Developments at Brockworth Community Project

During the last few months, we have been busy making alterations to the layout of the building. The Project’s office has been moved to the front of the building, into the room that had been used for storage and meetings. The old office space has been completely redeveloped thanks to a capital grant from Tewkesbury Borough Council and is now being rented to Cornerstone Church.
Cornerstone Church will be having their official launch on 23rd April 2015.

Other exciting developments include the refurbishment of the IT Suite which took place at the end of last year.

Market Town Forum Visits Brockworth Community Library

Members of the Tewkesbury Borough Council and
Gloucestershire Market Towns Forum visited the Brockworth Community Library on 26 September where volunteers, staff and trustees were given a chance to showcase our library and youth facilities. Feedback from those who visited us was very positive.

Our Own Community Library

IT’S FINALLY HAPPENED! Brockworth Community Project is now running our Brockworth Library. With support from local organisations and a team of volunteers we began running library services from 1 November 2012. Stop in and see us and support this very precious local resource. If you haven’t already done so please get in touch if you’re interested in helping in any way. We need all sorts of volunteers; building maintenance, grass cutting, managing library stock, finances, cleaning, etc. Everyone has skills and abilities that can be useful so please help if you can.

In The Citizen

Matt and the youth participating in the Brockworth Summer Youth Activities Program had a shining moment in the Citizen on 26 July 2012.
